The role involves overseeing daily pharmacy functions, driving business growth through clinical programs, and managing pharmacy staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure regulatory compliance.

62 hours bi-weekly Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am-7pm), 11-hour (9am-8pm), and 12-hour (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm) shifts

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations to engage associates and communicate pharmacy and company strategies Ensure prescription accuracy through Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance aligned with state and federal regulations Manage pharmacy inventory, sales tracking, and clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Align pharmacy performance with critical department metrics to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Provide healthcare counseling and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and support associates Maintain department security and ensure a clean, organized workspace Interact with physicians and utilize reference materials to address prescription concerns Oversee pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and customer will-calls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License This direct hire position offers a competitive salary range of $59.50 to $71.50 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
