  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy location in Mifflinburg, PA is seeking an experienced full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead their pharmacy operations.
This direct hire position offers an opportunity to manage both the business and clinical aspects of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional patient care.

Mifflinburg, PA Schedule:
Variable day and afternoon shifts 10-hour shifts (9am
  • 7pm) 11-hour shifts (9am
  • 8pm) 12-hour shifts (8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm) Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly

ASAP Key Responsibilities Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store leadership and pharmacy staff to drive engagement and meet company strategies Ensure accuracy of all prescriptions by conducting thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations Manage pharmacy operations to grow profitability and script volume through clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Oversee inventory control and ordering to meet customer demand while managing costs Align department performance with key measurable metrics for effectiveness and efficiency Provide superior customer service, including medical counseling and resolving inquiries Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pharmacy personnel to optimize performance and maintain pharmacy security Interact with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials for prescription information and issue resolution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment Prioritize workflow to ensure all operational tasks, such as inventory counts and will-calls, are completed promptly Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
