• Pharmacist Job Type Contract We're looking for a dedicated Retail Pharmacist to provide coverage for a maternity leave.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short-term assignment with a flexible schedule in Lufkin, Texas!

Assignment Details:

Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling for daytime shifts! 1st shift: 8:30 AM

• 4:30 PM or... 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM 2nd shift: 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM What you'll do: Verify prescriptions and ensure medications are dispensed accurately Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions Provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage Follow HIPAA and all applicable pharmacy regulations Maintain quality assurance and controlled-substance procedures Answer pharmacist-related phone calls and prescription messages Help resolve customer questions and concerns Work closely with the pharmacy team to provide great patient care

Requirements:
