This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacist who enjoys building teams, creating a positive culture, and helping scale pharmacy operations.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00

Mail-Order Compounding System:

Pioneer Rx The pharmacy is expanding into a new facility and will be adding sterile compounding, with significant growth expected in both prescription volume and staffing.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong pharmacy leadership experience Non-sterile and/or sterile compounding experience Organized and comfortable in a high-growth environment Positive leader who can develop and support a growing team Experience with GLP-1s or peptides is a plus

Licenses Needed:

AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WV — all must be current and in good standing. Utah licensure can be obtained after hire. A remote leadership/PIC option may also be considered, but candidates must be willing to complete 4-6 weeks of onsite training in Utah and return to the site monthly.
