Shift:
M-F Days As a leader within the Ambulatory Clinical Support Team, this role directs the development and implementation of specialty pharmacy programs for complex disease states. The supervisor ensures clinical rigor and operational scalability while collaborating across departments to align specialty services with strategic priorities, patient outcomes, and payer expectations. The supervisor partners with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders across departments to streamline processes, align priorities, and accelerate success in accreditation readiness and quality performance. A key component of this role is workforce leadership: the supervisor actively supports staffing needs by participating in daily workflow, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing, adaptable team. Leads and coordinates the development and maintenance of clinical and operational pharmacy processes and programs Develops, implements, and evaluates pharmacy services, protocols, policies & procedures Models practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care Successfully leads local and system implementation of various system initiatives Supports the training of new employees and participates in the creation and maintenance of training materials Learn more about the Proprium Specialty Pharmacy here: https://propriumpharmacy.com Education Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy (Required) Doctorate Level Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Virginia Pharmacist License (Required) Experience Minimum 3 years of Clinical or Ambulatory Pharmacy Experience (Required) 1 year of Leadership Experience (Required) Pharmacy Board Certification (Preferred)
