Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Manager, Acute Care Pharmacy to be part of our expanding Pharmacy Services. What You'll Do Lead the development, implementation, and advancement of acute care pharmacy clinical programs and pharmacy operations. Support safe and efficient medication-use systems, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes across acute care pharmacy services. Serve as a clinical expert, operational leader, and pharmacy department resource while promoting consistent, high-quality pharmacy services aligned with organizational mission, vision, and values.

What You'll Need:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy Pharmacist license to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple state licenses. Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin. Minimum 3-5 years progressive leadership experience and 1-3 years hospital pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and evidence-based clinical guidelines Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
