18+ Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800+ retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties. Join our team as a Bun Make Up Operator where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make our bun products.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday with rotating days off working 4:00am to 2:00pm

Qualifications:

Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards. Prior production or baking experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical qualifications:

stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.

Starting rate of pay: $19.53 per hour

Weekend Premium Pay:
