Shipping Technician - Compounding PharmacyJob Overview Premium Compounding Pharmacy is a fast-growing 503A sterile compounding pharmacy looking for reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on fulfillment and operations position focused on preparing and packaging patient orders for shipment, maintaining shipping inventory, and keeping our fulfillment process organized and efficient.

We are hiring for both:

Part-Time:

Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM-5:00

PM Full-Time:

Full-time shipping/fulfillment positions A Pharmacy Technician license is not required in Alabama for this position , although previous pharmacy technician or pharmacy experience is preferred. Responsibilities Package and prepare patient orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Assemble shipping boxes, packaging materials, and other fulfillment components Work in a fast-paced environment with an expected packing volume of approximately 30+ packages per hour , depending on assignment Verify that packages contain the correct materials before shipment Organize, count, and catalog shipping and packaging inventory Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered Place and track orders for shipping and packaging supplies Receive, organize, and properly store incoming supplies Maintain clean and organized shipping and fulfillment work areas Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and patient privacy requirements Work closely with pharmacy and operations staff to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards Dependable and punctual Strong organizational and inventory-management skills Comfortable performing repetitive packaging and assembly tasks Ability to work on your feet and maintain productivity throughout a shift Comfortable working in a fast-growing, high-volume environment Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, pharmacy, or inventory experience is preferred Alabama Pharmacy Technician registration/license is preferred but not required About Us Premium Compounding Pharmacy is a growing 503A sterile compounding pharmacy focused on providing high-quality compounded medications and excellent service to patients and healthcare providers.
