Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (post-training) Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system Track and monitor delivery status of medications Provide excellent telephonic customer service, consulting with patients, providers, and pharmacy teams Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and on-time medication delivery Monitor reports to identify and resolve medication order issues promptly Help meet and exceed pharmacy run-time commitments to support patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid AZ Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification required Prior long-term care pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Strong verbal, phone, and written communication abilities Dependable, trustworthy, and customer service oriented Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Flexible team player adaptable to changing priorities Retail pharmacy technician experience welcomed for those interested in transitioning to long-term care This direct hire role offers an opportunity for pharmacy technicians seeking to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
