Cycle Fill Specialist Responsibilities:

Reviewing and preparing for upcoming cycle fills Processing prescriptions and refills Identifying missing, expired, discontinued, or changed medication orders Coordinating refill needs and resolving discrepancies Monitoring cycle fill progress to ensure completion deadlines are met Assisting with medication packaging and preparation Communicating with pharmacists and facilities regarding medication-related issues Helping prevent missed medications, delays, and avoidable errors Maintaining organized and accurate workflow throughout the cycle fill process Supporting and improving pharmacy workflow when opportunities are identified

Monday through

Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating weekends: Half-day shifts

Compensation:

$60,000 + per year depending on: Relevant experience , demonstrated LTC pharmacy knowledge, cycle fill expertise and leadership skills
