Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician who is fluent in Korean and English to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will support pharmacists with prescription processing, customer service, inventory, and clear communication with Korean-speaking patients. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision Enter prescription information accurately and process insurance claims Communicate professionally with patients in Korean Answer phones, coordinate refill requests, and provide courteous customer service Help patients understand pharmacy procedures and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist Maintain inventory, receive deliveries, stock medications, and monitor expiration dates Follow HIPAA, pharmacy regulations, safety procedures, and company policies Keep the pharmacy workspace clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications Fluent verbal communication skill in Korean is required Pharmacy technician experience preferred Active Pharmacy Technician registration/certification as required by state law Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Experience with pharmacy software, insurance billing, and data entry is a plus Ability to work well in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Reliable attendance and a professional, compassionate attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
