This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience who is eager to learn, grow, and adapt within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with prescription processing, data entry, and medication preparation Work closely with pharmacists, physicians, and staff to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Maintain organization, accuracy, and compliance in daily workflows Support overall pharmacy operations in a closed-door setting

Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacy Technician License (required) Approximately 1 year of experience in an independent or closed-door pharmacy (internship/externship experience not included) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively Team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with staff and healthcare professionals Basic computer proficiency; experience with DigitalRx or similar systems is a plus Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
