Full-time and part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate will be experienced, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our team of pharmacists and technicians specializes in providing the highest level of service in compounding, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice, and retail pharmacy services . Qualifications and Requirements Possession of a valid California Pharmacy Technician Registration issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy, as required by Title 16, Section 1793 of the California Code of Regulations. Prior pharmacy technician experience required. Passion for pharmacy and patient care. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues. Self-motivated with excellent initiative and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and task-oriented work habits. Proficiency in dosage and compounding calculations with strong mathematical skills. Experience with prescription insurance billing and claim processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, preferred. Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and dependability. Commitment to long-term employment and professional growth. PTCB Certification preferred.
