Qualifications:

Current Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required School-based experience or a strong desire to work in educational settings Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Adaptable and able to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Deliver direct therapy individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative services as needed Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
