Central Admixture Pharmacy Services (CAPS) seeks a Pharmacy Technician - Sterile IV Compounding to support production of ready-to-administer IV solutions and other sterile admixtures. In this on-site role, you will work in a cleanroom, using aseptic technique to compound, label, and package medications that serve hospitals nationwide. You will follow USP and 503B regulations, maintain detailed documentation, manage inventory, and partner with pharmacists in a safety-obsessed, quality-driven, patient-focused environment with growth potential. Responsibilities Compound sterile IV admixtures and parenteral nutrition following CAPS procedures and USP standards Operate within cleanroom and aseptic environments, maintaining sterility and proper gowning Label, package, and prepare finished products for distribution to hospitals and healthcare providers Perform pharmaceutical calculations and verify ingredients and volumes for accuracy Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating drugs and supplies Complete required documentation, logs, and batch records accurately and on time Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines, including 503 B and CAPs SOPs Collaborate with pharmacists and teammates to meet production schedules and service levels Required Skills Sterile IV compounding Aseptic technique USP / compliance Pharmacy cleanroom operations Medication labeling and packaging Inventory management Pharmaceutical calculations Use of laminar flow hoods/isolators Quality control and documentation Understanding of 503 B regulations
