In this vital role, you will assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and managing medications. Your dedication to patient service and precision will ensure seamless medication delivery, supporting positive health outcomes for diverse patient populations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Manage, organize inventory, unpack orders, check for expired medication, and restock supplies. Process prescription, receive, interpret, and enter written or electronic prescriptions into pharmacy software, verifying patient information. Prepare medication, measure, count, mix, and label medications with accuracy.
Customer service:
answer phone calls, operate cash registers, and assist customers with locating products or referring them to the pharmacist for medical questions. Manage insurance claims, process payments, and maintain patient profiles. Follow safety and compliance policies, maintain a clean work environment, adhere to infection control procedures, and follow federal and local regulations.Skills Bilingual:
English and Vietnamese. Strong attention to details preventing errors. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and patient care excellence. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail, critical thinking, and teamwork. Able to multitask balancing duties like filling prescriptions, answering phones, and managing stock.Pay:
