PART TIME/NIGHTS & WEEKEND REQUIRED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform responsibilities within point-of-sale computer system and perform point-of-sale transactions.
  • Be knowledgeable of the CT cannabis program and products to be able to communicate effectively to patients.
  • Professionally resolve conflict and disputes.
  • Promptly and efficiently answer patient concerns and/or questions.
  • Establish and maintain great rapport with patients and staff.
  • Check in patients under proper protocol standards.
  • Facilitate the patient renewal process.
  • Assist prospective patients in working through the registration process to become a patient.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Answer emails and/or forward to appropriate staff member.
  • Provide great customer service to patients and prospective patients.
  • Assist in filing and scanning patient files according to the filing and scanning system protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
  • Perform facility cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
  • Perform other tasks when assigned by your supervisor.
Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
  • An active CT Pharmacy Technician license is required or within the past 5 years.
  • 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
  • BILINGUAL IS A BIG PLUS!
  • CT Dispensary Experience preferred
  • Experience in the retail and/or health industry is a plus
  • Must give consent for a background check per state cannabis regulations
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage conflict and/or know when to escalate to upper mgmt
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $20.
00 per hour
