Laboratory assistant - Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceutical Nutraceuticals Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Microbiology Microbiology High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Laboratory standard operating procedures Research & development Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Lab Assistant to support daily QC and R D operations in our nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This role helps ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth lab workflow. Responsibilities Prepare and organize raw material, in‑process, and finished product samples Perform basic QC testing (moisture, pH, density, organoleptic checks) Assist with wet chemistry and instrument prep (HPLC, UV‑Vis, FTIR) Maintain accurate GMP/GLP documentation Clean and sanitize lab equipment and work areas Support stability studies, small‑scale blends, and formulation tasks Track inventory of reagents, standards, and consumables Qualifications High school diploma required; science coursework preferred Experience in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical labs is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs What We're Looking For Reliable, organized, hands‑on team members who thrive in a regulated manufacturing environment and enjoy supporting quality‑driven lab work.
