Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc is a pharmacy management company that specializes in behavioral health and drug treatment centers by providing pharmacists, technicians, automation as well as expertise. We are currently seeking a licensed, experienced, hospital trained Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a behavioral health facility in Hialeah, FL. This is a full time position for 35 hours weekly, Monday - Friday.

Hours:

M-F 7am-2:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Automated Dispensing Machines Preferred. Hospital Experience preferred. Active registration with Florida Board of Pharmacy REQUIRED-Please include registration number on Resume. National certification preferred SKILLS Unit dosing of oral medications Placing orders with vendors, verifying receipt Removing outdated drugs Proven experience as pharmacy technician Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills Successful completion of a pharmacy technician program preferred
