This role requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety and quality. The ideal candidate is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with at least three years of IV compounding experience who can effectively manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. What will you will need to succeed: 3+ years of pharmacy tech IV compounding experience Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
