Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy department by ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including hazardous and non-hazardous compounds.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering some questions and addressing certain concerns related to medications.
• Assist in managing stock levels.
• Perform quality control checks on medications and equipment to ensure compliance with USP safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices. Qualifications
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred; experience in a compounding pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of community pharmacy practices, including MTM
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
