The Role We're looking for a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacist and front-of-store team. You'll assist with filling and processing prescriptions, manage inventory, handle insurance and third-party billing, greet and check out patients, and help keep the pharmacy running smoothly day to day. Responsibilities Greet customers and answer questions Receive prescriptions and check their validity Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate Resolve issues when they arise (e.g. rejected insurance claims) Select the appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions Sort, stock, label medication and monitor inventory Undertake administrative tasks (e.g.record-keeping) as assigned Comply with all security measures and quality standards Skills Experience is a plus, but not required. On site job training is available. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow professionally as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills Outstanding organizational skills Reliable with a keen eye for detail Certified Pharmacy technician is an asset

9:00 AM - 5:30

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM - 2:00

PM Sunday:

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 38.0 per week
