Job Description:

Leads or contributes to compliance audits, documentation, and medication-use process improvement initiatives. Prepares reports, assists with compliance documentation, and supports operational accountability, transparency, and readiness for regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys. Collaborates actively with pharmacy staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure continuity of pharmacy services across shifts, staffing assignments, and practice areas. Serves as a liaison between pharmacy and clinical teams to resolve medication-related issues. Mentors technicians and supports onboarding, competency validation, and peer development.
