Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision Provide excellent customer service to outpatient pharmacy patients Utilize Pioneer RX computer system to manage prescriptions and inventory Ensure compliance with state pharmacy regulations and safety protocols Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and other healthcare team members

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in retail outpatient settings Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License, current and in good standing Strong familiarity with outpatient pharmacy operations and workflow Proficient with Pioneer RX or similar pharmacy software Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
