UnitedRx serves the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care facilities and their patients In-house(Hillside, IL), Remote Position, and Hybrid positions available This position is distinguished from a fill technician position by its focus on receiving inbound customer calls, processing STAT and medication refill requests, tracking deliveries as needed and general customer service/customer issue management. The Triage Tech will ensure that medication orders received from our nursing home customers are entered promptly and accurately into Framework LTC software.

10am-6:30pm

Sun-Thurs:

10am-6:30pm

Mon-Fri:

1pm-9:30pm

Mon-Fri:

3pm-11:30am Essential Duties & Responsibilities Input orders in a timely and accurate manner using Framework Order Entry system - order Entry for new/refill medications Respond to customer inquiries as necessary Process STAT Orders Verify all information is complete on the prescription Communicate with facilities to alert them to any issues during the data entry process Update the patient profile with all the necessary information from prescription. Ensuring that patient's allergies, therapies, and current medication are updated Assist with finding lost or missed orders on request Answer inbound facility phone calls Other duties as assigned
