Behavioral Health Treatment Center Schedule:

Full-Time (Daytime hours; no late nights or retail weekends) About the Role Indiana Wellness RX is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a private pharmaceutical company operating within a large behavioral health treatment center . This role offers a calm, structured, and mission-driven environment —very different from fast-paced retail pharmacy settings. The Pharmacy Technician will support medication preparation and pharmacy operations for patients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who values consistency, teamwork, and meaningful work in healthcare.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, label, and distribute medications in accordance with pharmacy protocols and state regulations Assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and medication organization Maintain accurate documentation and medication logs Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) Coordinate with nursing and clinical staff within the treatment center to support patient care Monitor medication stock levels, expiration dates, and ordering needs Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace

Qualifications & Experience Required:
