To be considered for this position, you must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and certified with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy . What You'll Do Verify and input prescription information, process prescription requests and dispense medication Build trusted relationships with customers by demonstrating patience, empathy and compassion Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for patients Maintaining appropriate inventory levels through proper ordering and rotating drugs and other supplies Properly handle products and equipment, and maintain accurate logs Requirements Certified pharmacy technician Advanced computer skills Proficient in basic math to support accurate data entry Preferred Qualifications Experience ordering product and controlling inventory
