We're located in the heart of West Dearborn, in a beautiful pharmacy with views of downtown. We're looking for experienced pharmacy technicians who understands the pace and attention to detail that LTC pharmacy requires. This is a pharmacy operations role with no direct patient contact. What You'll Do Enter and process prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision. Work in QuickMAR to help coordinate medication records, cycle fills, and changes for facility residents. Prepare, label, package, and organize medications for LTC and hospice deliveries. Help manage cycle fills, new orders, refills, discontinued medications, and urgent requests. Communicate with facility staff and the pharmacy team to resolve missing information and keep orders moving. Monitor inventory, check expiration dates, and maintain an organized workflow. Follow pharmacy procedures and protect confidential health information. What We're Looking For Previous long-term care pharmacy technician experience is required. Working knowledge of QuickMAR is required. Ability to communicate in either Spanish or Arabic is required. Strong prescription data entry skills and close attention to detail. Ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a busy pharmacy. A dependable, team-oriented approach to getting medications to facilities accurately and on time. Must Haves Long-term care pharmacy experience Hands-on experience using QuickMAR Ability to communicate in either Arabic or Spanish Experience processing prescriptions, preparing medication orders, and managing cycle fills Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy pharmacy If you know LTC pharmacy, are comfortable working in QuickMAR, and take pride in accurate work, we'd like to hear from you.
