Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and medication safety. In this vital role, you will assist licensed pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and managing medications across various pharmacy settings. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure seamless pharmacy operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Utilize pharmacy software for data entry, medication tracking, and maintaining precise patient records while ensuring confidentiality. Assist with medication inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and regulatory compliance checks. Support patient care activities such as medication administration, patient intake, and providing medication information under supervision. Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, drug regulation standards, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance protocols. Perform pharmaceutical calculations to verify dosages and prepare accurate medication doses for diverse patient needs. Maintain a clean and sterile environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, explaining medication instructions clearly, and supporting overall patient service initiatives.
