Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for medication compounding, labeling, and packaging
  • Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling
  • Assist in the management of medication orders, including verifying prescriptions and entering data into the pharmacy system
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
  • Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of quality patient care.
