West Front Primary Care is a busy family practice located at a beautiful location in Copper Ridge. We strive to provide excellent customer service, a professional work environment, and appreciation for our excellent staff. WFPC is seeking a Pharmacy Tech to join our busy Medication Refill team. This is a 4-day (32-38 hour) full time position. Our Medication Refill team requires a clear understanding of clinical pharmacology and involves the following skills: Detailed processing of medication refill requests using EMR, telephone and patient portal Excellent customer communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies Prior Authorizations completion Patient Assistance completion Gene Sight Testing coordination Additionally required: Ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience at all times Work well within a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor while on the phone Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible Excellent computer skills - EMR experience a plus Why West Front Primary Care?
