Support the pharmacy team in managing inventory, including ordering and restocking medications. Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare sterile products for critical care patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care in acute care settings. Participate in quality assurance programs to enhance pharmacy operations. Skills Proficient in medication administration and familiar with hospital pharmacy operations. Strong knowledge of patient care practices, particularly in critical care environments. Experience with IV infusion preparation and management. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating independence when necessary.
