Job Description

Independent, long term care (LTC) pharmacy in Kinston, NC is seeking a full-time pharmacy technician to work in our billing/accounting department. This position involves dealing with patient Rx insurance set-up, managing Rx claim adjudication and claim rejections. Requires excellent customer service, telephone communication skill and ability to manage your time wisely in a professional setting. This is a daytime position Monday- Friday 9am-6pm. Must live within 45 minutes of Kinston. Willing to train a motivated pharmacy technician who wants to advance and learn pharmacy billing functions. Must have high school diploma. Excellent benefits including, medical, dental, vision and 401-k. EOE.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
