About us Woodard Drug Store is an independent community pharmacy in Princeton, NC with an old fashioned soda fountain and ice cream counter. We pride ourselves on being a small town pharmacy with professional and friendly staff that go above and beyond to meet the needs of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients
• Perform medication inventory management and ordering
• Maintain accurate patient records and profiles
• Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals via phone and in person
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Follow detailed instructions

Requirements:

• 5 Years of recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting (required)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
• Familiarity with medication administration, medication names, and dosage calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from this job.
• Deliver exceptional work through teamwork and strive to exceed expectations
• Available during pharmacy operating hours Monday-Saturday
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification a plus. Proof required
• Knowledge of Pioneer Rx and experience with Med Sync is a plus.
