Greystone Village Pharmacy is a locally owned independent pharmacy in Raleigh looking for a highly reliable Certified Pharmacy Technician. We focus on personal patient care, not corporate quotas. Because we are a tight-knit team, you will be a vital part of our daily workflow. We need a highly capable professional who can confidently manage data entry, troubleshoot insurance billing, and provide excellent patient care.

What You Will Do:

Drive the

Workflow:

Handle prescription data entry and accurate filling with minimal supervision. Master the

Billing:

Independently troubleshoot insurance rejections, third-party billing issues, and prior authorizations.

Manage Operations:

Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and return-to-stock.

Patient Care:

Provide high-touch, friendly service to our loyal community base.

What We Require:

Certification:

PTCB or ExCPT certification is strongly preferred. If you are not yet certified, you must be willing to obtain your national certification.

Experience:

1+ years of retail pharmacy experience.

Billing Expertise:

Strong experience resolving insurance rejections independently.

Reliability:

Exceptional attendance and punctuality are absolute requirements for this role.

Software:

Pay:
