Job Description
Job Summary Drugco, an independent pharmacy group serving northeastern North Carolina, is launching a brand-new centralized Operations team — and we're hiring three Centralized Operations Pharmacy Technicians to be part of it from day one. No two days look the same in this role: you'll rotate through patient outreach calls, prescription data entry, insurance claims support, and answering calls for our busiest flagship pharmacy. Duties Make outbound calls to help patients get their prescriptions picked up on time and enroll in convenient programs like medication synchronization Handle prescription data entry for several Drugco pharmacy locations Support insurance claims processing and follow-up Answer incoming calls for our flagship Smith Church Road pharmacy, helping patients get quick answers and connecting them with the pharmacy team when needed Take a turn each month as the team's point of contact, helping coordinate day-to-day priorities Requirements Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
