Requirements:

Current active Pharmacy Technician registration with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB preferred) High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Previous oncology/infusion center experience preferred Strong knowledge of sterile preparations, IV compounding, medication distribution, and automated dispensing systems Must be comfortable working overnight shifts

Job Duties:

Prepare and fill medication orders accurately and efficiently Prepare sterile IV medications using proper aseptic technique Distribute medications throughout the hospital Maintain automated dispensing machines and resolve discrepancies Handle medication returns, repackaging, inventory control, and expiration checks Support pharmacy workflow and maintain accurate documentation Work collaboratively with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Interested candidates can apply with an updated resume.
