Duties Accurately process medication orders through pharmacy software, ensuring precise data entry and medication labeling. Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing, inventory management, and stock replenishment while maintaining pharmaceutical regulatory compliance. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication information, and supporting medication administration processes. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive medical information in accordance with state and federal healthcare laws. Provide friendly, accurate and complete customer service. Experience Prior pharmacy technician experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a retail facing setting with frequent customer interaction via phone and in person Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
