Community Healthcare Network's (CHN) mission is to provide access to quality, culturally-competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health, pharmacy and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City The estimated comepnsation range for this position is $25-28/ hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and take prescription orders Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked Answer the phone Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications Qualifications:

BILINGUAL SPANISH A PLUS

Current PTCB Certification is preferred 2+ years retail pharmacy experience preferred with the ability to multi task and work independently Start Up pharmacy experience a plus Computer experience mandatory Proven track record of exemplary customer service Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care VytlOne offers a culture that promotes teamwork and where employees are valued as the Company's best asset.
