Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician Community Health Services is seeking an experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team! This is a full-time position, no weekends and 10 paid holidays! The Pharmacy Technician will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy/Pharmacist- in charge, to ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of medications and prescription processing while upholding the highest standards of customer service. CHS employs those who are eager to grow professionally, gain great experience, and work with a terrific team.
Hours for this position:
Monday 7a-7p, Tuesday- Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-1p Qualified candidates must have the following to be considered for employment: Completion of coursework and graduation from an accredited pharmacy technician training program. National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and current registration with the State of Ohio preferred. 340B Experience/Training Certified Immunizing Technician preferred 2-3 years' experience, preferably in an outpatient setting. Knowledge of pharmacy software and medication management systems. Ability to meet CEU requirements as stipulated by certification or licensure Current CPR certification. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer and typing skills. Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds Occasional lifting and moving of supplies and medications. Standing for extended periods during shifts.
