Job Details Kettering Health Miamisburg l Miamisburg l PRN l Varied Shifts Responsibilities & Requirements The Pharmacy Tech III supports safe, effective, and timely medication use by performing advanced technical pharmacy functions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role ensures accurate medication preparation, inventory management, and regulatory compliance to optimize patient care and operational reliability. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a hospital or health system pharmacy setting. Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Active national pharmacy technician certification (e.g., PTCB or NHA). Preferred Qualifications Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program. Four (4) or more years of relevant pharmacy technician experience, including experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding.
