Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Location:

On site at our closed-door pharmacy (962 Dorset Rd, Troy)

Schedule :

3rd shift : 8:30pm-7:00am, 9:00pm-7:30am or 10:00pm-6:30am, 10:30pm-7:00am. Monday•Friday and every other weekend.

Training :

6-8 weeks 9am-5:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm

Pay :

$16•18/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare , you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/ DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for: Efficient order entry and follow-up Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Must work with urgency and timeliness

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Skills & Abilities:

Strong computer skills Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required Clarest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
