Key Responsibilities:

Operate on conveyor-style production lines to assemble and package KitchenAid products. Hand-assemble and install components using tools and equipment to meet production standards. Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work on moving/conveyor lines and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Willingness to undergo a skills assessment on Day 2 of employment to determine department placement. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Benefits & Perks:

Weekly pay, with the first week paid at $20.00/hr and subsequent weeks at $20.00/hr to $21.50/hr depending on shift. Paid training and skills assessment to ensure you're prepared and confident. Pay Details:
