We are dedicated to stellar, long-term patient care and provider partnerships with an emphasis on successful treatment outcomes, medication adherence, and dynamic medication regimens. Responsibilities:
Providing high quality customer service to patients and providers and protecting patient confidentiality. Perform processing of prescriptions to support fast-paced turnaround times. Answering telephones, correctly identifying and routing patient calls. Placing reminder calls to patients Filing, packaging and meeting important shipping deadlines Performing efficient computer data entry of prescription information Maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supporting medication compounding activities. Preparing reports by collecting and summarizing information. Contributing to team effort and willingness to be flexible to support dynamic needs of our patient population. Required Background High School Diploma or GED Certification Strong interpersonal skills Ease in using technology for communication, record keeping and management of data Experience in a fast-paced working environment Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician license Additional Requirements Must be able to meet physical demands of job, which can include light lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
