Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire A dedicated Pharmacy Technician role is available with a focus on both sterile and non-sterile compounding practices, following strict adherence to USP , , and guidelines. Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with USP , , and standards through training and competency assessments. Accurately read, interpret prescriptions, and input medication orders into the pharmacy system. Prepare and compound medications according to established formulas under pharmacist supervision. Assist in preparing formula log sheets and maintain thorough documentation for regulatory compliance. Precisely measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications. Manage inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels of ingredients, equipment, and personal protective equipment. Support batch compounding, product labeling, and verification activities for log entries. Ensure timely preparation and fulfillment of compounded prescriptions for shipping or patient pickup. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compounded products and related work.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Demonstrated experience in sterile compounding is required. Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory.
