Monday

  • 6:00 PM ✅ 10:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM ✅ 11:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Review referrals to ensure complete and accurate information is received ✔️ Create patient profiles from scanned and faxed prescriptions ✔️ Verify prescriptions for clinical accuracy before processing ✔️ Communicate with providers regarding prescription clarifications, missing information, referral status, and patient concerns ✔️ Enter pharmacy benefits and adjudicate claims ✔️ Resolve claim issues and research coverage solutions ✔️ Initiate prior authorizations and necessary claim overrides ✔️ Assist patients in identifying copay assistance programs and funding resources ✔️ Support day-to-day pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional service ✅

Pay Details:
$23.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
