Months Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, 10:00am to 7:00pm or 11:00am to 8:00pm

Onsite Position Summary:
Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information has been received. Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information has been received.
- Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider information.
- Conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing.
- Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information, or patient concerns so that all information is collected and accurate.
- Enter Pharmacy benefits and adjudicate claims.
- Resolving claim issues.
- Initiate Prior authorization or other overrides needed for payable claim.
- Find funds or copay assistance for the patient if needed.
- Perform any other day to day pharmacy task.
