We are hiring for a Compounding Pharmacy Technician here in the Fairfield, Ohio area! This role will primarily be performing sterile compounding for a long-term care pharmacy in the area. An ideal candidate will be a nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician; you do not need to have prior compounding experience, although it would be considered a plus. Responsibilities Assist licensed pharmacists in accurately filling prescriptions under direct supervision. Measure, count, and package medications in accordance with prescription guidelines and established procedures. Affix appropriate labels to medication containers, including dosage instructions and safety warnings. Enter prescription and patient information into pharmacy software systems with a high degree of accuracy. Compound medications.
