What We're Looking For Certification:
Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing (or CPhT).
Experience:
1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome. Immunization Certification a bonus, but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with pharmacy management systems, inventory software, and POS systems.

Flexible scheduling options (some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
What You'll Be Doing Prescription Processing:
Accurately pull, count, label, and package medications under pharmacist supervision.
Patient & Customer Care:
Greet patients, assist at the register, and deliver exceptional, personable customer service.
Third-Party Billing:
Resolve insurance rejections, process claims, manage prior authorizations, and handle POS transactions.
Clinical & Operational Support:
Assist pharmacists with specialized community services (immunization intake, testing setup, and health programs).
Inventory & Workflow:
Help receive orders, manage inventory, restock supplies, and keep the pharmacy workflow smooth and organized.
Teamwork:
Collaborate closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to continuously improve daily operations and patient care.
Immunization:
With certification, you will administer vaccines under pharmacist direction.
Compounding:
