Full Job Description Location:
Mill Creek, WA (serving King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Island counties)
Hourly Pay:
$35 per hour Commission 10% commission on service revenue (after trip fees) 2% commission on flipped leads that convert to installations 1% commission on performed installations
Schedule:
This position starts part-time and moves to full-time during our busy seasons. Hours follow demand. Expect a lighter schedule in the spring and fall shoulder seasons, and full-time hours during the peak heating and cooling months. Work is Monday-Friday, with weekends off. What you'll do
Service & Maintenance:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and light commercial customers. This is your primary role.
Install Support:
Work as the installer support on equipment installs, including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and AC systems. You'll assist the lead installer with setting equipment, line sets, ductwork, startup, and site cleanup.
Customer Education:
Explain repair needs, maintenance options, and system upgrades clearly and professionally.
Sales Opportunity Conversion:
Earn commissions by recommending system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
Flips:
Convert service calls into installation opportunities and earn bonuses for doing so.
Collaboration:
Work with dispatchers, installers, and project managers to deliver top-notch service.
Customer Service:
Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect customers' homes. Communicate professionally if customers have questions on-site. What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic skills Willingness to learn installs alongside a lead installer Proven ability to upsell and present system replacement options EPA Universal Certification required NATE Certification preferred Flexibility with a schedule that changes by season Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, attics, and crawlspaces, and in varying environmental conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record; must pass background check
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
$35/hr plus 10% commission on repair revenue after trip fee and 2% flip bonus
